Gus had just WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY less experience as an head coach than Urbz has had. I know you won't see this, but seriously, you're digging your heels in on some of the most boneheaded arguments that it is difficult to say you're not trolling, but I know you better than that. One of the greatest assurances from Urbz's most devout followers has been that he's proven he can win as an HC at multiple stops, so are you saying that college coaches do not have to evaluate players, scheme personnel, manage staff, handle public scrutiny, and all the other things that he's completely flopped on?

Urbz has the potential to go 2-15 in his first (last?) year here. No other first year coach has lost 15 games in their first year for the Jags. That would make him the worst ever under your simplistic standard, right?
