Yeah, he has an endurance problem. If we can't get Thibs or Hutch we have to take Neal, dude has all the tools to be a dominant tackle at the next level.  Crazy a guy his size can move like that.

Jack is playing out of position but when I watch him run he just looks like he's hurt or injured.  He just looks slow and he's never looked like that before.  I wonder if he has a nagging injury that he's just not telling the staff about like Minshew did

Norwell was under contract through next season.  It was Urbz who renegotiated a shorter deal.  I think it is safe to say that Norwell is not in their future plans.

Yeas, because he wasn't living up to his contract and was overpaid. His cap hit for this coming up next year was something like 20 + mil. He didn't have to agree to it, he knew he wouldn't get that anywhere.  I don't think that will have any barring on coming back here or not.  All depends on the offer
