Khan knows the fans want Urban Meyer and Trent Baalke gone. No one on earth can be that blind and naive. He doesn't care though. When he hired them he announced to the media that he finally "got it right." To fire them now, would be a clear signal that he failed once again and rich, powerful people HATE doing admitting they failed at anything. He's gonna just keep watching this thing go further and further south, hoping that Meyer finally gets a clue and leaves on his own (which will never happen.)

People could start a GoFundMe campaign to buy billboards around the city announcing that they want a new regime, but the only thing that will do is bring some national attention to the problem, embarrassment Khan even more and he might just get mad and move the team, rather than do the right thing and admit his mistakes and start over. As fans, we are slaves to ownership. We are powerless. Our loyalty to the team is like being chained to a dank, dark, brick wall where we are constantly fed crap just to keep us alive. There's no help on the way and no hope of ever escaping.
