Urban Meyer won 3 national titles,  and had Joe Burrow transfer, and Cam Newton get kicked off the team and would have won 5 titles if they were patient.

you do realise that urban is not an offensive coach and does not know x's and o's, he is a special teams coach who is really adept at deligating to those who know x's and o'x

Urban Meyer / Dan Mullen and the Purdue coach set down and created the spread offense. The current nfl spread offense is what Urban Meyer created. Like Bill W creating the west coast offense.

A lot of players with the Giants hated Coughlin too. Strahan and Eli hated him. He had to set a policy eventually that worked over time. OVER TIME OVER TIME .
