The easiest way to demonstrate this is to go to any site that ranks prospects by number.  I know cbssports does this, maybe nfl.com, too.

 

Then, simply carve out the first three rounds worth of prospects.  (This is not for accuracy, merely demonstration.)

 

What's immediately left in the next seventy picks or so is who we might expect to be available in the fourth and fifth.  Seeing the caliber players that are probably still going to be there quickly shows you how deep this draft is.  That doesn't even consider players who slide, and some will... because teams go for need and grades flatten as you go later and later into the draft.  This draft is really, really deep at OT, WR, DB, and QB (and some of those positions still offer good value that late.)
