Unfortunately he still isn't doing that, or he would have had his second INT yesterday. Almost every play he is making is off of the soft zone reps. When he has to turn his back on the play it is still very much an adventure. He's definitely improved I'm not denying that, but it's mostly been because of the scheme change not because of his personal growth I don't think.

I didn't say he's doing it every play and playing  at an All Pro level.  Most plays he's doing what he needs to and locating the ball.  Of course you don't think it's personal  growth, you don't like to give credit when it's due.  He's doing much better at finding the ball compared to early in the season regardless of the defense we run. He is a rookie and has improved  more than any player on this team from the start of the season, you can tell he's been putting in the work
