You are changing the debate.  The question isn't whether this would be better than the recent awful results.  It was whether it would be one of the Jaguars best drafts.  You also want to ignore the fact that this is the only draft in Jaguars history to have 5 picks in the top 65.  In most years, they've only had two.  When you have more early draft picks, you should expect better results.
