Interesting. It begs the question, where did they find the least intelligent man and the least intelligent woman and how did they determine which one was dumber than the other?

Statisticians don't look at the least or the most. They call those outliers and ignore them. Instead, they look at percentiles. The man with first percentile intelligence among men is not as smart as the woman with first percentile intelligence among women.
