Speaking of Shorts and FA.

Say the Jags get a big time DE FA as the LEO and do the wait and see on QB (whether it be 2nd round or later/2015 draft) We draft Watkins as the Blackmon replacement starter for this year, if Blackmon comes back late in the season (after game 8 or so) we'll have a nice trio. shorts leaves and Blackmon keeps his nose clean, Watkins/Blackmon would be a killer duo of WRs for ANY QB (Garrapolo, Carr, Berger, Mariotta, Hundley, etc)

I never really considered Watkins a possibility, but this kind of makes sense in a way, if free agency goes right for the Jaguars anyway
