Water and food would like to disagree. Lumber and other building materials have some objections too.

I'll go one further. Fruits, vegetables, animals, trees, grass, sunlight; anything that sustains nature and makes it possible for life to continue to survive has intrinsic value. It isnt given instant value because man decided it was so. man maybe artificially enhanced or inflated/diminished the value of these essentials, but that's as far as his/her power extends.
