A lot of murder suspects get out on bail.  Some people cannot afford bail and have to stay in jail.  Some people don't think that's fair.

155 people have been killed by someone let out on bond and 113 people charged with Capital Murder, which is the only crime in Texas that is punishable by the death penalty, have been released on bond pending trial.
