Green Bay will probably tag Adams, but Aaron Rodgers will be gone. Tennessee must find a receiver. Julio Jones hasn't panned out at all and is injured all the time. When A.J. Brown was hurt, they had absolutely nothing at WR. Run first team or not, they gotta find some other receivers. They can't afford not to. As late as they pick, there won't be an O-Lineman worthy of taking in round 1. They reached for an O-Lineman in 2020 at the end of the first round (Isaiah Wilson) and that was a disaster. 

Any team could go WR's, but we're not talking about drafting based solely on needs in these cases. There are very good WR's in this draft class and I believe they will be the BAP's when these teams make selections in round 1. That's why I think they will go WR with their first selections.

I think you forgot about Kelce, thats KCs other WR.  KC will likely go defense, they have plenty of fire power on offense and easily a top 5 pass catching group.  

Rumors now are Rodgers and GB relationship is much better than before so it's looking like he could return

Arizona will likely bring Green back and I don't see them giving up on the guy they just drafted in the 2nd round,  

Tennessee traded for JJ for a reason and I don't they are to concerned about getting a WR I the first when they want to run it down your throat with KH.

If all these teams take WRs then that will just mean another position with a 1st round grade will fall and we can double dip in the 3rd at WR if need be which will likely have some good value there also.


 Every year you say the same thing lol.  What ever players we talk about or like you say they are going to be gone and alot of them are always there lol.  Every year a few really good players fall, happens every single year and this year will be no different.

That's not what I'm hearing. Now, Rodgers is considering retirement as well. 

Green is old and Moore is no Christian Kirk. The fact remains that the Cardinals passing game has drastically declined in the past few games and it was a direct contributor to the losing streak they were in. They need more consistency from the WR group. 

You can try to run it down other teams throats all you want, but you still need to have decent receivers. I don't care how much they spent on Julio Jones, he's not getting separation and he is on an obvious decline. When he and A.J. Brown were both injured, the Titans had absolutely nothing at WR. They have to address WR, even if they are a run first team. They should address O-Line later in the draft, possibly on day 2, but I don't see an O-Linemen worthy of a late 1st round pick who should fall to them. 

Agreed. That's what we'd have to do. We obviously don't wanna reach for a WR in round 2, if the value isn't there. Just take the BAP. We're not gonna fill every need in this draft and free agency anyway. This team is at least 3 years away from being competitive no matter who we add. I wouldn't mind selecting a CB like Coby Bryant in round 2. He and Ahmad Gardner shut down every WR they faced this season and he won the Jim Thorpe Award as the best DB in college football. Adding him with Griffin and Campbell should at least stabilize the CB position for the next few years. 

If we then select a WR like Jalen Tolbert in the 3rd and Jalen Nailor in the 4th, I'd be very satisfied. That would give us two really good receivers with the ability to separate. I'd also definitely re-sign Chark as well and try to add Mike Williams in free agency, although I doubt he would come here. 

I just plan for the worst to happen. I'm conditioned to think that way as the longtime fan of a losing franchise. I plan for the worst and hopefully I'm wrong. By preparing for the worst, your never really disappointed.

It's so depressing that we don't even have 1 good receiver and teams like the Bengals, Cowboys and Broncos are 3 deep.
