Weaver literally admitted that he caved to the fan base and it was the biggest mistake he made... that he should have never had let Coughlin go... are you denying that? because it literally came out of the man's mouth....

Provide quotes on Weaver saying those things. I'd like to see that.

I know what happened when it happened. What Weaver said AFTER it happened doesn't change the fact that Coughlin [BLEEP] up - and he was unhappy about being asked to be a HC only and not a GM.

Salary cap, 3 losing seasons and an unwillingness to accept his role got him fired and got him fired deservedly.
The fans were right.

What Weaver wistfully reminisced about doesn't alter any of the actual facts that I've laid out.
