There's a lot of shame in seeking help and potentially taking medication to help your brain. Also some people feel like they can't afford it. People shouldn't feel shame but they do. Please don't feel shame.
If you're struggling with suicidal thoughts, but haven't gotten professional help yet, please, At least collect your guns and leave them with a relative, Cut back on drinking or quit, Get anything you could overdose on, like narcotics, out of the house, if you can. Any of these steps will help you make it.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
