I know the NFL's ambition to achieve parity but there are teams who achieve perpetual success despite the rules which influence parity? It comes from the top of the organization.

Listen man,  This roster is in the shape it's in cause of Gene Smith.  He had 4 terrible drafts in a row.  There are only a couple of players left on the team from his draft picks and they are nothing but average.  Gene Smith was a cancer to this organization.  I'm giving Caldwell time to build this team before I judge.  This is not a current regimes probelm.

 

I and a few others were smart enough to see Gene Smith was a bum and were insulted by all the "smart ones" on the board.  I believe if the jaguars had a competent GM in place this team would of been much better off.
