From 2007 Nelson is a starter, and Podlesh and Nwaneri will probably sign with some team. I'm not sure about Durant but he played in Dallas last year. I think Groves and Karim are still in the NFL too. Just because a player is no longer on the team does not mean that he was a bad pick. Some of it is about how well a player fits a scheme, and with two recent coaching changes some viable players no longer fit on the Jags roster.
