I think when considering "best draft", you have to consider the picks that the team had to work with.  We had the #1 overall pick.  We had the first pick in each round.  We had extra picks.  We had 5 picks in the top 65.  Given that, we need more than just two good players for this to rank with our best drafts.  There's still time for it to change, but as of now, no, this is not one of our best drafts.

Baalke had twice the draft capital as other teams and was on the clock for all 3 days of the draft. His lack of vision and interpersonal skills made it impossible to move around the draft board to maximize his draft assets. In his one trade on draft day he got fleeced. The man is utterly incompetent at his job.
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency. 


1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.
