They should both absolutely be in camp, at the very least. Wouldn't mind them both on the roster. 

Shenault can play, dude is a bull with the ball in his hands. Need a creative play caller who can scheme up some easy ways to get the ball in his hands with some space to run. It's way too early to give up on him.

FA, re-sign Chark, 2nd-3rd round Rookie, Marvin, Shenault, Treadwell as the 6 at WR. This would assume that Agnew is obviously a lock for the roster already, but if I had to take out one of these 6 for him it would be Treadwell.

Agreed.

I still think all of our WRs will look much better with a new and better WR's coach. Sanjay Lal is [BLEEP] awful.
