Shenault can play, dude is a bull with the ball in his hands. Need a creative play caller who can scheme up some easy ways to get the ball in his hands with some space to run. It's way too early to give up on him.

FA, re-sign Chark, 2nd-3rd round Rookie, Marvin, Shenault, Treadwell as the 6 at WR. This would assume that Agnew is obviously a lock for the roster already, but if I had to take out one of these 6 for him it would be Treadwell.

The problem is every time he touches the ball, he drops it. He has terrible hands.

His hands were fine his rookie year. 

He needs a good coach to get him acclimated to catching Lawrence's ball velocity.  He's young and redeemable. And he's a YAC monster. 

Zero reason to give up on him during his rookie deal. If his hands are still an issue after putting work in with a new coach, then he probably doesn't make it past August cuts unless they are somehow thin at the position (again).
