Maybe it will work. Who knows?
I would have preferred an established head coach rather than a first timer. This organisation has so much work to do in order to get the off-field parts working well that it seems a bridge too far to also make the on-field organisation a challenge. Did TL have a say in the hire like he demanded? And did he approve? |
