Yeah this is pretty much a worse case scenario. Hackett isn't a horrible coach but we need to do better than that, we need a leader who can develop Lawrence and guide this team for the next decade or more. Baalke staying is pretty much unacceptable but I've resigned myself to that no matter who the next HC is. Shad just can't get out of his own way.
