It was found that there’s a link between the inexperience of first time interviewers being at a disadvantage to being hired, the odds increased of being hired the 2nd interview cycle through, the idea is that doing this even though we know Adrian Wilson is guaranteed the position is to get another minority candidate the experience of talking to ownership and laying out their vision so they can get good feedback and make the most of their next interview opportunity and the result being more minority coaches being hired for top roles. I think the idea has merit.

That is understandable. It’s just odd that you are using the biggest possible stage for practice? It’s good in theory. but isn’t it a bit disingenuous to ask someone to go for something if you are not going to give it to them? How would you know if you are being prepared for an actual interview process if there is a chance one side treated it as just a formality with no actual intent? Would that be considered genuine experience? I feel like at some levels things have to happen organically.

Not in this new way of doing things. The appearance is more important than the action. How to destroy merit and act like you are fixing the world.

Problem is it isn't good enough becauser there will be new standards to interview. We will need to interview the left handed football hater that was top of the class at take out studies if you carry this out further.
