The Rooney rule is what held up the final signing. 

In that wait interim, khan basically thought they were rushing, and it didn’t sit right with him that Byron basically forced an ultimatum. He thinks by firing baalke he lets Byron “win”. He told Tony this is his team, and is now considering restarting the process of looking for a coach. 

My source says it’s now 50/50 if this Wilson/ Leftwich deal goes through. Tony is trying but khan basically told his son to screw off because it’s his team. Not Tony’s. 

Khan is literally the most toxic owner. I dare say he’s worst then Snyder at this point.

If Shad does this and keeps Baalke, he'll regret it when he loses a large portion of the fanbase. I remember what an embarrassment it used to be when we had to basically tarp off many of the seats because of unsold tickets. It looked like the stadium was only half full on home games. If he keeps Baalke and lets Byron go somewhere else, that will happen again.

Edit: I for the life of me can not understand why Khan is so loyal to Baalke.

Snyder will always be the worst owner but man this is so bad.

I just can’t for the life of me see how Baalke is staying on. Everyone is applauding the Leftwich/Wilson move and yet Khan wants to possibly keep Baalke? Come on now.

He has to have some compromising photos or video of Shad. Nothing else makes sense.
