Screw it.  Put out a press release and tell the world what Urban did, fire Baalke, and move on.  His focus needs to be on winning football games and not worrying about what a sleaze the former head coach turned out to be.

Given that Baalke was a holdover from prior to Urbz' days, I suspect Protozoa was getting on about something beyond Urbz' shenanigans. Let's be honest, I highly doubt it's anything near as bad as the Redacteds' or Raiders' recent scandals, so it would be unlikely that serious repurcussions would follow any leak/revelation.

But, like you said, air the dirty laundry in conjunction with an announcement of his release and the subsequent hire of a new coach and/or GM, and I doubt many are even paying attention to the bad news.
