I saw it reported by a lot of people that the first interview was very underwhelming. Now there both Pederson and Baalke are basically down to their last options so they are circling back out of survival.

Not a fan of someone who comes in, and doesn't want the job because they think they can do better elsewhere. Screams they'll leave at the first sign of tribulation. (And that will be quick, with the lack of talent on this team.) Give me the guy who wants to be here.
