My issue (and many others issue) stems from the overall terrible hiring process. The Jags looked like they had no clue what they were doing from the start. They asked to interview O'Connell but its like they had no clue they had to wait until after the SB. Why show your cards? The Leftwich situation was terrible. The Biscaccia situation was terrible. Shad leaving to go on vacation in the middle of a search shows he just doesn't care but to top it all off, they still have Baalke.

I really hope Pederson can turn this around and I don't think that's truly going to happen until Baalke is gone.

I keep hearing that the hiring process was terrible... but I mean really how do we know this? We don't know what was going on behind closed doors... It's all speculation... Why because it didn't happen as quick as we would like it to have happened? Why because rumors about leftwich? It could be that they had a process and following through with that process to get it right.   As far as I'm concerned it's all hearsay.  It's all opinion on what people think or believe happened... so-called reports could or could not be true. I also have to admit that I was getting a little frustrated with how long it was taking but then again I tell myself I don't know what's going on behind closed doors and what their process was... I'm sure they were just trying to get it right.  I find it hard to believe that they "didn't know"  what they were doing...
