My biggest thing with all of these situations that have come in recent years. Guys like Cam Robinson, D.J Chark and Jawaan Taylor. I don't want to see high 2nd RD picks so easily discarded or walking away.

It's concerning. Now, that doesn't mean you break the bank for them. However, it bothers me that this team doesn't seem to try and get ahead of these players hitting the market by extending them faster at a reasonable price.

I understand Robinson is not Boselli. Chark is not Smith or McCardell. However, those guys are serviceable and showed some consistency when healthy. It's just aggravating that they're constantly back filling positions over and over and over and over again.

They need to balance out their approach.

Ramsey swapped for Henderson swapped for Campbell.

Ngakoue swapped for Chaisson.

Etienne drafted after Robinson's impressive undrafted rookie season.

Joekel swapped for Robinson swapped for possibly Little.

Robinson swapped for Chark swapped for possibly another high draft pick in RD2 or RD3.

They need to get their [BLEEP] together and start getting better at having extensions in place. Hopefully they don't screw around and lose Josh Allen and James Robinson in a year or two from now.

This is why it's vital to get Baalke's hands out of the roster IMHO.
