Sounds like the Jags are making an offer, right?  

That article links to an article in Bleacher Report called "Trades We'd Like to See." 

Which means, bottom line, this is a whole bunch of nothing.  "Jaguars linked to Amari Cooper trade"?  No.  Not in the way that thread title implies.
