All we have to do is upgrade the talent we already have. You’re not necessarily swinging for the fences when you sign a free agent. You’re looking to improve your team. Is Amari Cooper better than every receiver on the Jaguars right now? Yes he is. So if you can sign him for some sort of a reasonable amount, or you can trade for him for even as high as a third rounder, you do it. That doesn’t mean you can’t draft a receiver or two come April.
