So are you or are you not in favor of people, who live in a free society with elected representatives, breaking the law, harming other people, to get what they want if they don't like what the government is doing?  

Keep in mind, whatever standard you set applies to everyone, not just the ones you agree with.

They are not breaking the law. They are following the law and frankly they are being too nice about it. They are going out of their way to cause as little harm to the people of Canda as possible. They could have easily blocked all bridges and roads into the city. They have enough trucks to truly blockade the city.

When the representatives are breaking the law, inventing powers they don't have, and the courts are involved in the power grab, you are left with little else. If it continues, the last option is to shut stuff deliveries down and that will hurt the people. I believe they will try everything to stop that from happening but little Castro doesn't appear that he can give in.
