The voters, even in liberal cities and states, are beginning to rebel at progressive extremism.

The difference in the two articles is quite striking. What I take away from the whole thing is the rising power of the Asian-American vote. Asian-Americans are being subjected to discrimination in higher education because they are over-achievers. Progressives, backers of so-called "diversity" are trying to limit the number of Asian-Americans who are admitted to elite colleges and universities, and Asian-Americans are getting pretty upset about it. There was an unusually large number of Chinese language ballots issued for this recall. |
