All those things you mentioned have rarely worked in Jacksonvilles favor in the past.

This year is going to have a big influence on our ability to attract free agents going forward. If the new staff is effective and Lawrence begins to consistently display his potential, taxes and beaches will be the bonus and not the selling points.
