You proved how clueless you were when you wanted to retain the interim staff from last season. All of your takes are laughable and no one takes them seriously.
My takes have just as much credence and legitimacy as yours. And you are correct in that I believe the staff that finished the season, with a few tweaks here and there, could have been quite successful -- but we'll never know, will we?

We do. Nothing would've changed. We would've been as bad as we were last season. That group of coaches sucked! Other than Cullen, they were terrible, especially the offensive coaches. You can't expect to do the same thing over and over and get better results. That's madness!

He did it in Philadelphia. Can he do it in Jacksonville? We'll see. Doing it in spite of Baalke would just make it that much sweeter.

He was also used to working with a bunch of [BLEEP] by all accounts when he was with the Eagles.

I think Pederson wanted to the job here for every reason except Baalke, and he thought he could play his leverage like all the other candidates did to convince Shad to hire them and fire Baalke, he just underestimated how much leverage he had.

The Jags interviewed him first because he was the only candidate they could hire, but he had an extremely unimpressive interview by many accounts and the Jags thought they could play the Trevor/cap space/no taxes cards and get better candidates to accept the job even if they were forced to keep the most hated man in the sport at GM.

Both parties were very wrong and after 40 days of striking out repeatedly they were forced to tuck their tails and circle back to each other.

That is very astute of you. Good job.
