Did you see the video of this guy in the building? He walked in, walked around, walked out. At best his actions were trespassing, though even that is debatable. Call this what it is, the chilling of opposing political speech by the Party in power. And remember this when the other Party is in control and starts doing the same thing right back. Did he know what he was doing was illegal?  Did he notice the people breaking windows in order to get inside?  Did he notice the pitched battle between police and the rioters who were trying to get into the Capitol?  

And, "remember this when the other Party is in control and starts doing the same thing right back"???  I would say the same thing.  Would you think it's okay for Biden supporters to fight their way through police barricades in order to invade the Capitol and stop the certification of the election if Trump won?

If we start calling breaking into the Capitol to stop a Constitutionally mandated certification of an election, "political speech," then we are definitely headed to the dumpster.
