As seasoned veterans of their crafts, I believe Pederson and Baalke both have come to the realization that the only way for success -- both on a team and personal level -- is to work together. It sounds like they have collaborated to form a vision for the future that they feel will be very productive.
Khan seems to have bought into that vision and he's the one monitoring it up close.
The great things about being a fan is we feel our voice can be heard through booing at the stadium, opining on social media chat forms or even dressing up as clowns. That's all well and good, but big picture is it won't dissuade the powers that be, who have a resolute faith in their plan.
Because they know that if they have it right and steer the franchise back to greatness, even the greatest naysayers will be back on board.
And I believe that's what's going on in Jacksonville at the present moment.
