I'm big on resigning Chark.  First, wide receiver is a huge need.  Second, I'm not sure there will be a ton of great other options.  I think most of the quality free agent wide receivers will either be franchise tagged or resigned with their existing team.  Even if someone makes it to free agency, there's no guarantee that they sign with us.  Yes, there is the draft, but we need multiple receivers and prefer to have some veteran presence in the mix.  Third, I think Chark is under-rated.  Most of his playing time has been with either Gardner Minshew or Blake Bortles throwing to him.  I know he had three games with Trevor, but that's a small sample size.  Trevor was also a rookie in the first three games of his career.  I also believe that Chark's speed benefited Marvin Jones.  Look at the drop in production from Jones after Chark got injured.  In the first three games (which included Chark), Jones had a minimum of 55 yards receiving in all three of those games.  Chark then gets injured.  In 8 of the next 9 games, Jones fails to reach 55 yards.  In most, he wasn't even close.

I acknowledge that there is a risk with Chark, but it is a risk well worth taking.
