Agreed. I love Lamb, but he needs that possession type player to play off of. If they think they can simply move Gallup into that role, I think they will be disappointed. Gallup is a good player, but he's definitely no Amari Cooper. I believe they will see a significant dropoff unless they find a good receiver in this draft to fill that role.

I can't take credit for this being an original take of mine.  Acho and former Jaguar Wiley were discussing this on their show yesterday.  Acho cited a few instances where productive #2 WRs were moved up to #1 status for one reason or another, and the results were jarring.

He cited Calvin Ridley after Julio Jones left Atlanta, Ju Ju Smith Schuster after Antonio Brown left Pittsburgh, and there was a third one I can't recall.  It was a really good segment that made up for his loony QB rankings.
