I can't take credit for this being an original take of mine.  Acho and former Jaguar Wiley were discussing this on their show yesterday.  Acho cited a few instances where productive #2 WRs were moved up to #1 status for one reason or another, and the results were jarring.

He cited Calvin Ridley after Julio Jones left Atlanta, Ju Ju Smith Schuster after Antonio Brown left Pittsburgh, and there was a third one I can't recall.  It was a really good segment that made up for his loony QB rankings.

I saw one article on ESPN that had us signing Ju-Ju in free agency and I winced. He is the epitome of the word "average WR." I truly don't know how Pittsburgh could have ever thought he could be a #1 guy. IMO, he's barely a #2, more like a #3. 

Every once in a while, Acho says something halfway smart, both most of the time he says some pretty outlandish stuff and I think he does it on purpose just to make headlines. I really don't think he even believes a lot of the stuff he says. LOL.
