I love the Combine!  So much hope.  And this is going to be a deep draft in rounds 2 -5.  This team could get well.  Package those 6th rounders and get back up there to grab another impact player.

Pitre looks very nice, but Baalke specifically said safety was not a position of need in the combine interview. Unfortunately Jenkins is still very overpaid and guaranteed too much money, so I don't think they'll invest in safety nearly as early as it'll take to get Pitre...which would probably need to be 33.

Yeah. We can’t fix everything in one year. The problem is there’s so many good players in this draft a lot of them are going to be playing for our division rivals. If we could just get, besides Hutchinson, a couple of receivers, a tight end, and a couple interior lineman, that would be an amazing draft for us. We also need a true inside linebacker in the draft or free agency.
