I don't think you can say it's best without knowing the package we (hypothetically) accept. If we trade back to 9, but only net a fourth round pick, is that what's best? Probably not.

I have a feeling the plateau at the top of this darft is gonna force you to take a loss in comparison to previous years' trades if you want to get off of R1P1. In other words, if we want to move, we probably will be able to do so. But expecting a glut of high picks in return is likely foolishness.

Gonna be a crazy couple a months....
