I don't understand people who eat out several times a week.

I literally cook everything from scratch..

From pasta to butter.

It still costs a [BLEEP] ton of money for a family... and Biden's [BLEEP] elitism isn't helping.

Are you Amish?  I remember visiting Landcaster as a kid.  I’m guessing your not Amish, live in Landcaster or churn your own butter.  If you do, major kudos, sir!

Both of my family vehicles get 40 mpg. g.  A lot of people saw it coming.
Ever since the 1970s, no one should have ever stopped paying attention to fuel economy.
We should have done a better job zoning for mass transit and high density housing.  There are a lot of people who would live in places where people don't need cars, if we built more places like that.  I'd stay in the burbs, but many would not.
But complaining does us no good at this juncture.  Let's get to work.

To the bold:  you don’t say!

But I am sure you did see it coming.

If I eat out, it normally consist of eating in my car after going through the drive-up window and ordering off the value menu.

I very rarely eat fast food.  But when I do, I want to pull off and eat it.  My wife wants to drive and eat.  Drives me nuts.  It’s stupid, for one, unsafe for another.  I’d rather arrive hungry than dead.  Good grief
