My point about cutting Hyde is not about cap savings.  It's because he adds no value.  He's a waste of roster spot.  We can sign a rookie that will give us more production.

We are allowed to take 90 players to training camp.  So there's no reason to cut Carlos Hyde until we actually have that "rookie that will give us more production."

I have two reasons.

1) He quit on us in his first go-round, refusing to answer the bell when his number was called. Honestly, I don't know how he's still employed in the league after that episode. From that day forward I considered him untouchable.
2) If Urbz didn't have the job last year, he'd have never re-signed with us. Try to guess how many snaps he played after Urbz got canned.
