Chad Henne Signs Two Year Deal
|
Quote:I disagree. My idea has always been to draft TWO QB this draft - one high in the draft who can start from day one, like Bridgewater, and one in the mid-late rounds like Murray who would be the backup/ developmental QB. Yes, if during training camp/ exhibition they decided that they'd feel more comfortable adding a veteran QB, they most certainly would be able to add someone around the roster cuts to serve as the "bridge QB" temporarily until Bridgewater is ready. I think you are deluding yourself if you don't think a QB on Henne's level can be got, even at that point. I'm going to keep an eye on the QB around training camp cuts around the league and revisit this then, just to show you that QB's would have been available, like I asserted. |
