Just because we got the green light to spend a lot on players, doesn't mean we'll get good players. They have to want to come here and since a lot of other teams have a lot of money to spend as well, they may choose to go with the team who has a better chance to win. All this report shows me is that we're likely to overspend on 2nd and 3rd tier players like we did last season when we saddled this team with costly and restrictive contracts like the one we gave to Rayshawn Jenkins and basically got nothing from him in return. I hope I'm wrong, but we'll have to wait and see.
