110% agreed. I said that a month or two ago somewhere around here. Really surprised they chose Pete over Russell. I would have cleaned house after that trade personally. I needed the draft picks to rebuild and Wilson had the right value. Made sense to pull the trigger. However, I want a fresh start in the coaching department as well. The NFC West is getting tougher and tougher by the year and they seem to have enough talent to edge me out. That edge honestly seems to be on the coaching side. 

Pete needs to go. Could have cut ties with Pete. Traded Russel and then looked at a coach like Flores.
