What the hell makes him a 'value signing'?

Much like sacks, INTs, FFs, etc...anything where the number is so small that just a small fluke one direction or another can massively sway an opinion...you probably shouldn't put too much stock into one seasons worth of data. He had 14 penalties (11 of which were holding) last year and yeah that's crazy high. However, his previous 3 seasons he had 6, 5, and 5 only 10 of which were holding combined. I do not think the evidence shows that last year was what should be expected going forward.

He is extremely good otherwise, signed for half of what Scherff did, and has missed about as many games in his entire career as Scherff has missed PER SEASON his last 4 years. Plus he is only 24 and probably still has some improvement in him unlike Scherff. I call that value.
