Agnew is a return specialist worthy of a small package of plays that incorporate him as a receiver. 

I'd not try to force any more than that on him. Let him do what he does best with a small compliment of opportunities that doesn't present unwarranted risk of injury.

He and Shenault have vastly different skillsets and body types. They are not suited to a similar role at all. 
Literally the only similarity is that they are both dangerous when given the ball in space - but how they utilize the space and create YAC is completely different.

Yes I wasn't trying to say that him and Shenault have the same ability/play style, but more so I meant guys who you get the ball to in space (screens/sweeps/etc) and they can get a lot of yards out of it. Shenault may do that by being shifts/hard to tackle, Agnew did that off pure speed.. but you get what I mean clearly from what you said.
