I did mention that men's behavior in all professional sports could be scrutinized and, undoubtably, countless others could be held responsible for irresponsible behavior.  How do you feel about this?  How would you explain this to your wife or daughter? 

If I go back to my college days many of my friends felt if a girl came back to your apartment that was consent.  Granted that was a different time, the 80s.  Still, How can the Browns fans justify this mve?  Is winning that important?

All my family is in CLE and I grew up a Browns (1.0) fan. When they moved, I never latched on to the 2.0 Browns, but still check in to see if the fam has anything to cheer about. My niece isn't one to hold athletes in any particular regard, but this is definitely an opportunity to explain that those with money, prestige, or connection have and can use their resources in ways that less fortunate may not be able to get away with, and to remain guarded and discerning when associating with others. It's not just sports; you see similar shadiness among civic leaders, hollywood actors, big business, and anywhere in between.

If she wants a hero, I'll recommend she get a Joey B jersey.
