I think Pederson takes the position more seriously than any other coach we've had. 

Had we signed Engram to a longer term deal, I might be inclined to think we go TE in the 3rd or later.

Baalke has definitely proven that he doesn't care blowing out the budget for non premium positions, I certainly won't be surprised if he does it in the draft either. There is no top 50 TE in this class, but TE at 33 should surprise no one.

It wouldn't necessarily be at 33.

They could trade back from 33, or up from the 3rd round into the bottom half of the 2nd round.

Considering the needs of the offense, as well as the need to give TL weapons, it may well be a priority/premium position for Pederson.
