What do the current WR look like since Kirk and Zay Jones signings?

Since 2019, Treadwell has been making less than $1m base per year. In the past 2 seasons, for both Atlanta and Jacksonville, he spent time on their respective practice squads. I think the board is overvaluing Treadwell, as a former 1st round draft pick. Yes, he caught 30 balls last year for 410 yards, when Trevor had virtually no one else to throw to. If the Jags take a WR with a higher pick, I don't think Treadwell makes the roster.
